We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if a product arrives damaged or breaks within 30 days of purchase, a replacement will be sent at no charge to buyer.
Please refer to jewelry description prior to purchase. Some of our pieces are full gold, while others are gold plated, so it is still always recommended to remove jewelry prior to sleeping, swimming, showering/bathing, exercising or excessive sweating. Replacements will not be sent for jewelry tarnish or from everyday wear.
